Empower Health Partners supports healthcare professionals at two critical stages: career entry through Empower Clinical Institute, and advanced clinical training through the Orchid Wellness NP Clinical Rotation Program. Both pathways are built on the same standard -- rigorous, real-world, and led by an active board-certified FNP-C.

The Career Changer

The NP Student
You are in a nurse practitioner program and need a clinical rotation site with an experienced, engaged preceptor. You want more than hours -- you want a rotation that actually prepares you for independent practice.
The NP Program
You need a qualified preceptor and a well-run clinical site for your students. You need administrative simplicity, consistent communication, and confidence that your students are getting a quality experience.
Pathway 01 · Career Training
Empower
Clinical Institute
ECI is a six-month weekend intensive certification program for working adults entering the healthcare field. Students earn three nationally recognized credentials without giving up a single workday.
- 39 sessions across 13 biweekly weekends
- 182 total instructional hours
- Meets every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- CCMA + CPT via NHA, plus BLS/CPR certification
- Strong and diverse clinical experience included
- NHA-aligned curriculum led by Chelsea Asante, FNP-C
- Small cohort for personalized instruction
Pathway 02 · Advanced Clinical Training
NP Clinical
Rotations
Orchid Wellness offers structured, enriching clinical rotations for nurse practitioner students. Real patients, diverse services, and direct preceptorship from a board-certified FNP-C.
- Duration based on your school's requirements
- Primary care, weight loss, hormone therapy, aesthetics, and IV therapy exposure
- Precepted directly by Chelsea Asante, FNP-C
- Simulation and real-world clinical exposure
- EMR access and shared student email included
- $10 per credit hour rotation fee
- All administration handled through EHP

One Standard.
Every student who trains through EHP -- whether they are earning their CCMA or completing NP clinical hours -- is trained or precepted directly by Chelsea Asante, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. There are no teaching assistants, no substitutes, and no shortcuts.
Chelsea is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with clinical experience spanning orthopedics, urgent care, home health, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and the ICU. She is the founder of Orchid Wellness, an active primary care and wellness practice serving patients across Texas, New York, Virginia, and Washington DC.
She built ECI and the NP rotation program because she knows what it takes to be prepared for clinical practice -- and she is committed to passing that standard on to every student who comes through EHP.
