Chelsea Asante is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, entrepreneur, author, and advocate for those who dare to build while they heal. With over 800 active patients at her own practice and a career rooted in community-centered care, she founded Empower Health Partners to extend that same spirit of partnership beyond the clinic walls.
